Maria Gonzalez, native from Mexico City, had the opportunity to move to Fort Worth in August of 1990. She began her hospitality career working for a family friend’s restaurant. She moved on to serving and leading teams in Food and Beverage in the DFW area while attending TCC Southeast Campus and working on her Associate in Applied Science in Hospitality Management. She began her career with the Club-Corp family at Shady Valley in Arlington, Texas in 2005. She started working in the back of the house and later moved into a dining room server position. She was quickly promoted to Captain, and soon to be Food and Beverage Manager. She brings years of food and beverage knowledge, as well as leadership. Away from the Club, she is PTA president and she enjoys spending time with her amazing kids, Daniel (11) and Isabella (10). “I love being at Shady Valley and look forward to being part of the M & P Group, and serve the entire membership with commitment to excellence”
